Grants

Principles for handling complaints

Customer satisfaction is Lenwood’s top priority. For this reason, Lenwood has implemented a complaints office to which customers can submit their complaints.

The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) has defined the term complaint as “any expression of dissatisfaction that a customer in the sense of.
